So i’ve been doing some research.
About Gay marriage and things. And here’s what i’ve come up with.
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside”
[United States Constitution, Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1]
That being the case, and there being no statute against such, homosexuals are citizens of the United States(if born or naturalized in the US)
And if:
“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
[United States Constitution, Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1]
Then this protection also applies to homosexuals, since they are also citizens of the United States.
Also, if the United States Supreme Court ruled that:
“Marriage is one of the “basic civil rights of man,” fundamental to our very existence and survival…”
[Loving V. Virginia - 388 U.S. 1 (1967)] (about Interracial marriage)
As iterated above, Marriage is thereby considered a civil right, therefore protected, and available for exercise by ALL citizens of the United States. (Which, includes homosexuals, as they are not excluded from holding citizenship on the basis of their sexual orientation)
And:
Congress does not have, as defined in the United States Constitution, the right to define the words “marriage” and “spouse”; where that power lies with an individual, as a word may have multiple meanings that apply in specific circumstances; also noting that reference texts also supply multiple definitions of these words, some of which make no specific attachments to gender, or gender identity (therefore the definition is to be decided by the individual).
Even if Congress does have such power…

Any state found enforcing legislature against any citizen of the United States - to include homosexuals - for the right to marry - a recognized civil right/privilege - is thereby acting Unconstitutionally, for enforcing laws that abrige privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States.
I’m not a politics major, but it seems pretty cut-and-dry
One Direction, Lady Gaga, River Viiperi…..
I don’t get why gays like them. I don’t like them. Could care less about them. But everyone else seems to foam at the mouth at the mere mentioning of them.
How does it work?
Also, i’m officially dubbing One Direction the Justin Bieber of the gays. Because that shit’s getting out of hand.
